Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
​
We aim to process orders the same day but it may take 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays as we are hopefully bagging another fell or two. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we'll try to let you know.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery! If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to find the best value and most eco friendly packaging options as we can. We also try to find the fastest, safest and most reliable shipping we can.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Fell Baggers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to make a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items ordered online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and condition.
You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods to us.
Refunds

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. These conditions apply to website orders only.
